Annual Boiler Service: - Flue Gas Analysis; - Gas Rate and Operating pressure; - Safety devices check; - Inspection and termination of Flue; - Ignition and flame picture; - System controls; - Expansion Vessel; - Appliance case seals, location and stability; - Cleaning the Magnetic Filter; Thermal Survey: - quick, non-invasive method to inspect the efficiency of your radiators and underfloor heating Chemical Test: - Conduct a water system test and add an inhibitor if necessary. *If you need new parts, you’ll only be charged the RRP on top of the hourly rate.
