Annual Boiler Service: - Flue Gas Analysis; - Gas Rate and Operating pressure; - Safety devices check; - Inspection and termination of the flue; - Ignition and flame picture; - System controls; - Expansion Vessel; - Appliance case seals, location and stability; - Cleaning the Magnetic Filter; *If you need new parts, you’ll only be charged the RRP in addition to the hourly rate.
