Unvented Cylinder Service

Service Description

Recommended annually to maintain safety, performance, and warranty compliance. Service includes: Inspection of pressure relief valves (T&P and expansion relief) Check and recharge of the expansion vessel (air gap or bubble top systems) Test of the combination valve set (including pressure-reducing valve) Discharge pipework and tundish inspection for compliance and blockage Heating coil circuit check (primary side) Verification of thermostat and thermal cut-out function Safety check of the immersion heater and element (if present) Cold water inlet group operation check General inspection for signs of scale, corrosion, or leaks Cleaning and flushing of strainers/filters where accessible Advice on system performance and pressure maintenance Important Notes: If expansion vessel recharging is required, it is included in the service. If any safety components (valves, thermostats, or expansion vessels) need replacing, we only charge the RRP + hourly labour. Failure to service your unvented cylinder annually may void the manufacturer’s warranty and compromise system safety.
